This project is a collaboration between DVB Projects and LA LOUNGE Lighting, delivered by Oliver Studio as part of our Gold Coast and Brisbane video production services. The production focuses on showcasing high-end property developments through cinematic storytelling, combining on-site filming with professional interviews featuring developers and key project contributors. Visual overlays are used to highlight design features and lighting concepts, while advanced AI technology transforms 2D plans and imagery into realistic 3D renders. This approach brings each development to life, emphasizing both architectural vision and premium lighting design for marketing across South East Queensland.
